Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or over the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher.
- Legal capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and must not be acting on behalf of another person.
- Local law compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Website complies with the laws of Australia and any State or Territory where you are located. The Operator does not hold an Australian licence and operates from Curaçao. By registering, you confirm that online gambling via offshore websites is not prohibited for you.
- Restricted users: The Operator may refuse, suspend or close an Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you are underage, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or otherwise in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing a valid email address, password and any other requested details (such as full name, date of birth, country and currency).
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking an activation link sent to you. The Operator may restrict access to certain Services until email verification is completed.
- One account policy: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Website. Creating multiple Accounts, including duplicate, "bonus abuse" or fictitious accounts, is strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and confiscation of funds and Bonuses.
- Currency selection: During registration you may be offered a choice of account currencies (including, where available, AUD, EUR, USD or cryptocurrencies). Once chosen, the primary currency of your Account may not be easily changed and may require support approval.
KYC and Verification
- Identity documents: The Operator may at any time request KYC documentation, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) not older than three months, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.
- Enhanced checks: For higher-risk or higher-volume accounts, or to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) obligations and Curaçao licensing requirements, additional information or documentation may be requested.
- Verification before payout: The Operator may suspend withdrawals and restrict access to certain Services until KYC checks are satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds where required by law or regulator.
- Accuracy of data: You warrant that all personal and contact details provided during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator are accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your details via the Account interface or by contacting support.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Password and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your credentials with, or allow access to your Account by, any third party.
- 2FA and security tools: Where the Website offers two-factor authentication (2FA) or other security features, you are strongly encouraged to enable them. Failure to do so may increase your risk of unauthorised access, for which the Operator accepts no liability beyond what is required by law.
- Unauthorised use: You must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
- Prohibited use: You must not use the Website for any unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, collusion, arbitrage betting, chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods. The Operator may investigate and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Game providers and rules: The Website offers games supplied by third-party providers. Each game may have its own rules, paytables, RTP information and specific conditions which are displayed within the game client. By placing a Bet, you agree to the applicable game rules.
- Game availability: Not all games may be available in all jurisdictions, including Australia, due to provider restrictions, regulatory considerations or commercial decisions. The Operator may add, remove or modify games at any time without prior notice.
- Demo mode: Some games may be available in "demo" or "play for fun" mode. No real-money winnings arise from such play, and any virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
Placing Bets
- Account balance: You may only place Bets up to the amount of your available Real Money Balance and, where applicable, your Bonus Balance in accordance with specific bonus rules. Bets in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or bet type may specify minimum and maximum bet sizes. These limits are displayed within the game interface or bet slip and are subject to change by the Operator or game provider.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been processed by the Operator's servers and reflected in your game or transaction history. In case of dispute, the Operator's server records shall be final.
- Time of acceptance: Bets placed after the closure of a game round or after the actual outcome is known (due to delay or technical issue) may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player cancellation: Once confirmed, a Bet cannot generally be cancelled or modified by the Player. You are responsible for checking your Bets before confirming.
- Operator cancellation: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets where:
- an obvious technical error, misconfiguration or malfunction has occurred (including incorrect odds, duplicate game rounds, or visible bugs);
- a game round is interrupted or fails to complete due to server or network issues; or
- there is evidence of cheating, collusion, exploitation of a bug, or other improper conduct.
- Refunds on invalid games: In the event of game malfunction or voiding of a Bet, the usual remedy is to restore the balance to the state it was in before the affected Bets. Any winnings from a malfunctioning game may be deemed void.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, in-game chats or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully toward dealers, staff and other Players. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No solicitation or promotion: You must not use chat or other communication channels to advertise products, services or other gambling sites, or to solicit other Players.
- Anti-fraud and collusion: Any attempt to collude with other Players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities or use software aids (bots, scripts) to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in Account closure and confiscation of funds.
- Moderation: The Operator or its providers may monitor and record live chat and gameplay for security, regulatory and quality purposes. The Operator may suspend or remove chat privileges or exclude Players from games where rules are violated.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Discretionary offers: Bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments and other promotions (collectively "Promotions") are offered at the sole discretion of the Operator and may be granted automatically or via bonus codes, invitations or loyalty systems.
- Separate terms: Each Promotion is subject to these general Bonus Terms and to any specific conditions displayed on the promotion page, email or banner. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail.
- One per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment account and shared computer environment (e.g. internet café).
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a deposit Bonus, you may be required to:
- make a qualifying minimum deposit (for Australian players typically at least 30 AUD or 20 USDT, unless specified otherwise); and/or
- enter a valid bonus code in the cashier or promotions section; or
- select the Bonus during the deposit process.
- Wagering multiple: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus deposit (e.g. 40x). Only after the full wagering requirement is met within the specified timeframe will remaining Bonus funds be converted to Real Money Balance.
- Timeframe: Bonuses are typically valid for a limited period (for example, 7 - 14 days from activation, unless otherwise stated in the offer). If wagering requirements are not met within the granted period, the Bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Betting with an Active Bonus
- Maximum bet per spin/round: When wagering an active Bonus, there may be a maximum allowed bet per spin or round (for example, 7.5 AUD / 5 EUR / equivalent in crypto, or the amount specified in the promotion). Exceeding the maximum bet while a Bonus is active may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% unless excluded, while table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or 0%. The contribution table for 2026 is set out in the bonus policy on the Website and may be updated.
- Real money vs Bonus money: Generally, Bets are deducted first from your Real Money Balance and only then from your Bonus Balance, unless otherwise indicated. Winnings from Bets placed with real money are credited as real money; winnings from Bets placed with Bonus funds may be credited as Bonus until wagering is completed.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Excluded games: Some games are excluded from Bonus play (for example, certain high-RTP slots, progressive jackpot slots, and some table or live games). A list of excluded or restricted games for Bonuses is available in the bonus policy and may be updated at any time.
- Bonus abuse: The following, without limitation, may be treated as Bonus abuse:
- placing equal, low-risk or opposite bets in roulette, baccarat or similar games to artificially clear wagering;
- delaying game rounds, accumulating bonus features in one game and then returning with real-money play;
- using multiple Accounts or collaborating with other Players to exploit Bonuses; or
- engaging in "matched betting", arbitrage or hedging strategies designed to secure guaranteed profit from Bonuses.
- Consequences: In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may remove active Bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close or limit the Player's Account.
Combining Promotions
- No stacking: Unless explicitly permitted, Promotions cannot be combined or "stacked". You may have only one active deposit Bonus at a time.
- Order of application: If multiple Promotions are available, you may be asked to choose one before depositing. Once selected, a Bonus cannot usually be changed or transferred to another promotion.
- Changes and availability: The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time for all or specific Players, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already claimed and used in accordance with the previous terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- Available methods for Australian players: As of 2026, typical deposit options for players accessing Moonwin include:

- Payment processing: Fiat payments may be processed by Friolion Limited (Cyprus) or other authorised payment agents. Transaction descriptors on your bank statement may differ from the Website name.
- Fees: The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or crypto network may apply fees or exchange charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Eligibility: Withdrawals can only be requested from your Real Money Balance and only after:
- all active wagering requirements have been met or Bonuses have been cancelled; and
- required KYC checks have been satisfactorily completed.
- Methods: Withdrawals are, where possible, processed to the same method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. For Australian players, this may include:

- up to 2,000 EUR per day (approx. 3,300 AUD);

- Processing times:
- cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours once approved, subject to blockchain confirmation; and
- bank transfers to Australian banks usually arrive within 3 - 7 Business Days after approval.
Additional Payment Conditions
- Payment method ownership: You may only use payment methods (cards, wallets, bank accounts) that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party methods without clear evidence of ownership may result in cancellation of deposits and withdrawals.
- Currency exchange: If your Account currency differs from your payment method currency, conversions will be performed at prevailing rates of the Operator or its payment providers. Resulting exchange rate fluctuations are at your own risk.
- Verification and holds: The Operator may place a temporary hold on funds during investigation of suspicious transactions, chargebacks, fraud or AML/CTF concerns, and may request additional documentation.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Adjustments
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting. In exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund for unused deposits may be granted, but Bonus funds and winnings associated with such deposits will be forfeited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior good-faith engagement with the Operator may result in:
- immediate Account suspension;
- confiscation of balances and Bonuses; and
- reporting to relevant payment providers, banks and authorities.
- Erroneous credits: If funds or Bonuses are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately. The Operator may reverse such credits and adjust your balance, including cancelling Bets or winnings derived from the error.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator undertakes to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, to ensure that games operate in accordance with their published rules and that random number generator (RNG) components used by the platform or providers are regularly tested and certified by reputable laboratories where applicable.
- Accuracy of results: Game results are determined by the underlying game logic and RNG. In case of discrepancy between the displayed outcome on your device and the game server logs, the server logs shall prevail.
- Security: The Operator uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data and transactions. However, it cannot guarantee absolute protection against all forms of unauthorised access or attack.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- interruptions, delays or failures in the Website or games caused by internet, network or hardware issues beyond its reasonable control;
- incompatibility of your device, software or connection with the Website; or
- losses arising from viruses, DDoS attacks or other malicious external events, provided reasonable security measures were in place.

- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, internet service providers or other external partners, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Limitation of Maximum Compensation
- Cap on liability: Subject to mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet or game round directly associated with the disputed outcome; or
- where no Bet is directly involved, the lesser of (i) the total amount of your deposits on the Website during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) 2,000 EUR (or equivalent).
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game concepts, artwork, sound, video, software code and databases, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, licensors or game providers.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
- No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, distribute, sell, license, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

- No retroactive effect on closed matters: Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes or events that have already been finally resolved.
Notification Procedure
- Notice methods: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance or upon next login via:
- email to the address registered on your Account; and/or
- an on-site banner, pop-up notification or similar notice on the Website.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.

- such action is necessary to comply with law, regulatory requests, court orders or AML/CTF obligations.
- Investigation: During investigation, the Operator may temporarily withhold withdrawals and block gameplay. You may be asked to provide additional documents or information.
- Outcome and funds: Following investigation, the Operator may:
- reopen the Account and lift restrictions; or
- close the Account permanently, in which case any Real Money Balance that is not subject to forfeiture under applicable law or these Terms will be paid out, and Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled.
Notification
- Notice of action: Where legally permitted and not prejudicial to any investigation, the Operator will endeavour to notify you via email of the reasons for suspension or closure and any steps you may take to contest the decision or recover funds.
